The Tawassol Mobile Banking Service caters to both personal and professional customers through three subscription tiers based on individual needs:

• Tawassol Classic
  Provides account consultation, service requests (such as checkbook and bank card), currency conversion, banking transaction search, credit card applications, and more.
• Tawassol Gold
  Offers all features of the Classic tier with added capabilities like issuing transfer orders, account statement editing, fund requests in local or foreign currency, and more.
• Tawassol Platinum
  Enhances the Gold tier by including features to monitor commitments, credit card transactions, cheque statuses, financing situation, and investment overview.

For corporate clients, the Tawassol Mobile Banking Service is available in two subscription options tailored to specific business needs:

1. Tawassol Business
   Enables account consultation, service requests, third-party transfers, and mass transfers among other functionalities.
2. Tawassol Executive
   In addition to Business tier features, Executive offers enhanced capabilities like transaction monitoring by card, cheque follow-up, and detailed financial situation tracking.

The service also provides users with the ability to locate the nearest branch and access contact information for branches across Tunisia. Direct communication with a specialized advisor is facilitated through the contact function. Accessing the Tawassol mobile session is streamlined by downloading the app and logging in with personal credentials.
